Close the gap between spiritual and physical and bring your whole self into alignment by reconnecting to your center. Your digestive system is the hardest working system in your body and takes the most energy to function properly. If this system is out of balance it can cause a myriad of stresses, diseases and illnesses in all parts of the body. In the west we are typically detached from this part of us: massage therapists don’t touch this place, other people don’t touch this place and we usually don’t even touch this place unless we already feel sickness or pain. Journey into reconnecting with your vital organs, your place of manifestation and power in your physical body and where your body lovingly and willingly digests the food you eat every single day, giving your body necessary nutrients for a thriving life. Nurture yourself by getting to know your belly: give instead of take, fill instead of empty, nourish instead of deplete, listen instead of ignore.
I will guide you on a self exploration of your digestive organs, teaching your how to massage them, how each one likes to be touched, what emotions are stored in each organ and what you may experience if a particular organ is out of balance, based on Traditional Chinese Medicine.

How to prepare/what to bring:
-Overnight fasting if possible. If not, very light breakfast
-Oil of your liking (coconut, sesame, olive, avocado etc.)

Give your body the best opportunity to do what it does best, heal itself. That all starts with self care and loving yourself.
